Employment Getting Back to Banisri Roy : Project Sukanya

It is required to explain about the concern before I start .Project Sukanya is a NGO who works for women empowerment in India . The concern is empowering so many women nationwide and concreting future for them.
Banisri Roy was such a worker of Project Sukanya . She was been moved out of her job with pending salaries along with some other women who used to work in a project by Project Sukanya. After a long and long waiting ,Banasri Roy was called from the office of Project Sukanya .
She was called along with other women on October 17 ,2011. However , the NGO confirmed them to re-appoint from the month of November for a project which will be running for years .Not only that ,the salary which was previously set to Rs. 1800 of Banisri Roy and others will be increased up to Rs. 4000 .
Banisri Roy and others were served tea and snacks . Banisri Roy told , “ it was fine to be there . They behaved so well with us and assured to re-appoint us in the job and they told that they are going to give us better job . They told they would increase our salary to Rs.4000 . We are really so happy.”
When Banisri Roy was asked about her pending salaries from Project Sukanya , she replied , ‘I talked to them about it and they assured us to pay the unpaid salary within some days .It was not only my salary .Almost 14 -15 people will get the unpaid salary and so they are taking time so that they can pay everyone together. We were shown some video presentations too about the new project. However , we are happy .”
It’s really fine when people get back their right and employment . A special thanks goes to all people related to Project Suknaya for their activities and services towards mankind .
